All violation reports from community members are treated as anonymous, and your information will not be given to the property in violation. Additionally, KPM Management will not share account information for a property other than the one you have ownership of, including but not limited to the status of an ongoing violation.
The association is not responsible for neighbor-to-neighbor disputes, such as maintenance of a shared fence. If the issue falls under the jurisdiction of local law or code enforcement, such as a safety concern, excessive noise, or sanitation issues, please reach out to the appropriate entities for additional enforcement action.
