The DCCRs are the Declarations, Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, and they serve as the rules of the association. The documents serve as a guide to the association standards, as well as the responsibility of the residents to the association and vice versa. It is important to familiarize yourself with your community’s governing documents to ensure the smoothest experience possible in home-ownership.
You can view your community’s governing documents by logging into your Enumerate Engage community portal, and clicking on the Resources button, then Recorded Documents.
